D3 PVA Adhesive

Description

Solvent-free, water-resistant vinyl adhesive suitable for floating floors made of pre-finished wood or rigid surfaces such as melamine and laminated amino-plastic. Important Note: When gluing the tongue-and-groove joints of engineered wood flooring, D3 PVA adhesive should only be applied to the top or both the top and bottom of the groove.

TECHNICAL DATA:

• Consistency: thick liquid.
• Colour: white.
• Dry film: transparent.
• Open time: 5-10 minutes.
• Set to light foot traffic: after approx. 12 hours
• Complete hardening: approximately 24 hours.
• Resistance to water: class D3 (EN 204-205).
• Storage: 24 months. Protect from frost.
• Application: by extrusion from the nozzle on the canister.
• Consumption: 0.025 kg/linear metres; 0.1-0.2 kg/m².
• Packaging: 0.5 kg bottles.
