Orders

What size should I buy?

Please measure the area you wish to put the rugs and order a size that will fit within that area. All sizes are in centimeters unless stated otherwise.

What payment methods can I use?

We offer card payment via PayPal.

Is your checkout and website secure?

All payment pages are hosted on PayPal’s servers and are therefore secured by them. We do not collect or store any customer payment information. Any other customer information such as contact information is stored on our secure database and used only in line with out privacy policy.

I want to order an item that is now out of stock, what can I do?

Please contact our customer service team and we will be able to advise on future stock availability.

Order issues

How do I cancel my order?

Due to our systems being automated, there is only a short window of opportunity to cancel an order. We ask that any cancellation requests be made to us as soon as possible by contacting our customer service team. If an order is unable to be cancelled, we will ask that you return the order once received in line with our return policy.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

In the unlikely event that you are missing an item from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that we can investigate and resolve the issue as promptly as we can.

Delivery

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

Where we can, we provide tracking details. Please see your dispatch confirmation for any of these details. Alternatively please contact our customer service team and we can look into this for you.

How can I find your international delivery information?

We only ship to the UK. If you are looking place an order for delivery outside of these territories, please contact our customer service team and we will be able to provide a quote for shipping.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Any tracking details available will be included in your dispatch email confirmation. If no tracking is provided unfortunately the method of shipping doesn’t include tracking. You can contact our customer service team for an estimated delivery time frame.

Returns & Refunds

What is your Returns Policy?

Here at GPL Flooing we want to reduce the amount of unnecessary postage and transport as much as we can. Therefore we ask our customers to only order products and sizes you expect to keep. We provide size guides on all products and if you ever want to clarify anything about a product we are always on hand to advise.

In an instance where you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service team so that we can raise the return on our system. We will then provide you with a return address to send the item(s) back to us.

All returned items must be in a re-saleable condition, as you received them, with all original packaging and tags.

Return shipping is to be paid by the customer unless the returned item(s) is faulty. We are not responsible for any unreceived returns and therefore recommend an insured method of postage is used. Alternatively returns can be made in person at our store in Ramstate, Kent.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

We are more than happy to exchange unwanted items for you instead of a refund. As with our returns policy, we do ask our customers to pay for the return postage.

Once the item is received we will process the exchange and send out the replacement item(s).
